| Tracy Casavant, P.Eng (Chml), M.E.S., President
As both an Engineer and one of the few consultants in North America with formal training in industrial ecology, Tracy is able to manage projects from the technical details to the “big picture” impacts. She is the founder of Eco-Industrial Solutions Ltd., has taught a university course in industrial ecology, and speaks frequently on sustainable development initiatives. She is currently a Director for the North American Eco-Industrial Development Council.

| Jeff Herold, P. Eng (Civil), Associate, Real Estate Devel. Specialist
Jeff specializes in leading multi-disciplinary teams and brings nearly 30 years of engineering and project management experience to Eco-Industrial Solutions team. He is an effective negotiator and experienced financial analyst with a commitment to sustainable, smart-development projects.

| Jaspal S. Marwah, M.Plan, MCIP, Planning Analyst
Jaspal is a planner whose interests include green building and infrastructure, sustainable community planning and resource efficiency. As part of his graduate work, he contributed to Genuine Progress Atlantic’s ecological accounting framework for sustainable transportation indicators in Nova Scotia. Jaspal provides research and analytical support for eco-industrial networking projects and is fluent in English and French.

| Emilie Ouellet,P.Eng (Chml), LEED® AP, Project Engineer
Emilie has a keen interest in combining environmental and engineering considerations to achieve solutions that make sense. Emilie has experience in wastewater treatment and contaminated site investigations, and provides research and technical support for eco-industrial networking projects. Emilie is fluent in both English and French.

| Jenny Rustemeyer, BA (Geog), DipT (GIS), Marketing Co-ordinator/GIS Analyst
Jenny has a background in environmental and government GIS systems. She performed the GIS analysis and cartography for a 12,000ha industrial area comprising Canada's largest eco-business zone. Jenny is responsible for all mapping and spatial analysis at EIS as well as co-ordinating marketing. In her spare time she is making a documentary about her year of living waste-free.

| Clay Braziller, B. Eng (Civil), MBA, Associate
Clay specializes in marketing and strategic communications. His passion is building sustainability into corporate and regional advantages such as the development of the business model for Partners in Project Green, which created North America’s largest eco-business zone. Clay has ensured EIS clients' eco-industrial parks get the awareness they deserve in the press and online. Clay is Chair of the Neil Squire Society, a non profit that empowers Canadians with physical disabilities.

| Joy Chen, B. Eng, M.Eng (Chml), LEED® AP, Research Associate
Joy brings a strong background in project management and research in industrial engineering to EIS. She is a LEED® Accredited Professional who has extensive research experience in materials technology and eco-industrial development. Joy has trained through the Sustainable Building Advisor Program and is currently enrolled in BCIT’s Architectural and Building Engineering Technology program. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.

| Cynthia Chen, CGA, BBA (Acctng), Controller & Office Manager
Cynthia is a CGA with a broad background in accounting, administrative support, and real estate consulting service in both Canada and China. She oversees all aspects of the accounting and general administration of our Vancouver office.
